“I thought you wanted your mother to like me,” she said, running her fingers lightly through Tracy’s hair. “I do,” she insisted. “I guess I didn’t anticipate you two would be bosom buddies,” she admitted, her eyes glued to Evelyn’s full lips. “Are you very territorial over my bosom?” she teased before making a show of biting down on her own bottom lip.”
