“The secret to using affirmations in a way that works is to affirm what you know to be true now, not what you hope will be true in the future. Along those lines, affirm what is true in metaphysical reality. Don’t use an affirmation to try to change anything in physical reality. Try this experiment to see what I mean: Say out loud the affirmation “I am wealthy. I have all the money I want.” Now, say out loud “I am willing to be financially successful.”
