“And I keep thinking, if I just find the right person, they can help me spin all these plates and I won’t have to do it alone, but then of course every new person comes along with their own plates, and their own method of spinning them, and sometimes they’re really good at it, sometimes they can help you spin yours, and sometimes their plate-spinning methods are just incompatible with yours, but mostly everyone is trying to figure out how to spin the plates they’ve been given.”
