“I’ve heard people say that once you’re an adult, you don’t change. I don’t believe that. I think we all have the capacity to change; we just have to want to do it. It’s developing the want that is difficult. We become so stuck in our routines, so comfortable, so unwilling to take risk – we just don’t see the value in change. Either that or we’re just plain uncomfortable with what the change might offer.”
