“You need to speak from your spirit and tell your body, “No.” As a Christian, you live from your spirit, and you rule over your body. You do not let your body tell you what it wants. Every day you tell your flesh, “This is what we are going to do.” If your body does not want to do it, you make it do it. God is not going to make your flesh obey Him because it is you who needs to rule over your flesh.”
